Welcome Aboard!

We are happy to announce that Sailing to Success was a success on many levels, from the fabulous volunteers to the great auction items, live jazz entertainment, beautiful floral arrangements from LWTC’s Floristry Program and superb seafood buffet dinner and dessert from LWTC’s Culinary Department.

 It was a truly memorable evening that over 160 old and new friends of the Foundation and College enjoyed! 

And we raised some money too!  The event raised about $66,000.  Of this $66,000, 3 donors contributed $30,000 to create the Metke Fund for Excellence. The additional $36,000 will be used to help the Foundation continue its efforts to support LWTC, and the Student Emergency Fund.  

Thank you to everyone who participated in making this event a success.  We appreciate your contributions!
