Redmond Campus Corporate Learning Center
Situated between Marymoor Park and an industrial park, the new Redmond campus reflects the aesthetic beauty of the site while respecting the modern context of Redmond as a center for industry and, most recently, cutting-edge technology.

The building houses:
- vocational labs
- auditorium
- classrooms
- learning resource center
- conference rooms
- administrative offices
The central two-level lobby focuses on the adjacent park and provides informal space both inside and outside the building. The large two-story element responds to the industrial scale of the neighboring structures and forms the northern half of the composition.

The Redmond campus building is the first building in the city constructed to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards. LEED buildings are highly energy efficient which lowers operating costs. It was recognized in May, 2006 by the U.S. Green Buildings Council as the first among all buildings of the state’s two-year institutions to have achieved LEED Silver Certification.
