All travel must be pre-authorized using Travel Authorization form A40-A well in advance of your trip. Ask your adviser for this form, or see Student Programs. Submit completed forms with your adviser’s signature to the ASG/Student Programs office.
Students must complete a Trip/Travel Contract form and submit it to the Student Programs office prior to beginning each trip. Advisers should keep copies of these completed forms as they contain emergency contact information for students.

- Complete a Conference Trip/Travel Contract (PDF file) if you are attending a conference or meeting.
- Complete a Field Trip/Travel Contract (PDF file) if you are attending any other club activity.
- To reserve a college vehicle for your club's travel call Campus Services at extension 218 (off campus, (425) 739-8218).
