In 2001 Evergreen’s Healthcare Access Program teamed up with LWTC to open an on-site health room.

Free health screenings, physical exams and immunizations are available to low-income, uninsured residents of Evergreen’s central service area, and health consultations and minor treatments are available to students and staff.

The clinic is not a full-service primary care site but does help link families with other healthcare services available in the community. For information and appointments, please call 425-739-8400.
