Baking Arts

The Baking Arts program prepares students for entry-level positions in the bakery field. Completing students will be prepared for work in commercial bakeries, specialty shops, supermarket bakeries, hotels and restaurants.

Students will learn skills in hospitality and management while learning to create many wonderful bakery confections. Any developmental coursework a student may be required to complete may increase the program length. Quarterly starts.
