Massage Therapy prepares students to enter the field as experienced entry-level therapists. Learn how to perform medium to deep therapeutic massage techniques for general wellness, stress reduction, and preventative maintenance. Training covers learning and perfecting body mechanics, integrated massage techniques, joint range of motion, ethics, and Florida law. Upon graduation, the student will be able to perform a variety of modalities. The program prepares students to take the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Exam (MBLEx) required for licensure in the state of Florida.
